Most of our partner institutions are located outside Africa and we know what it means for a student of 17yrs of age who has never stayed away from his or parents to travel to a strange country where he or she has no relatives. Many parents are afraid of separating from their children but with our organization in the scene, the fear is conquered because through our local administrator in the concerned institutions student’s academic and welfare are under check.

Through our social media platforms we maintain constant communication with students. We provide to parents constant information on the general behavior of students, students semester result etc. We visit all our universities twice a year to check on students academic performance and welfare.

SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO OUR PARTNERS WHO OFFER SCHOLARSHIP TO OUR DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES

(Private Organization, NGO,s and Ministry of Education of different of different countries in Africa).
Many organizations both private and public sectors usually place students on scholarship to many universities abroad for the common purpose of obtaining quality education and training. Most of the time students selection are by academic merit and the concerned students are expected to return back to their respective countries to implement their experiences and thus contribute to the technological, economic and social development of their countries depending on the field of discipline.
Unfortunately there is no follow-up on the students academics and welfare during scholarship and after graduation. The sponsor continues to send money to students without knowing if students attends classes or not, if student is failing or not, if student graduates at the end of the scholarship or not.
Statistics have shown that only 60% of government sponsored students abroad, graduates exactly at the time of expiration of the scholarship. Out of the 60% of the graduated students only half returns back to their respective countries the rest stays back or move to other countries in search of greener pasture. Looking at it from the another angle, the sponsor or the government fails in its initial objective.
But partnering with Elpis Group International and its affiliate universities yields a great result for the scholarship investors. How?

• Students are welcomed on arrival on campus , provide guidance counselling on how to achieve the basic objective of their goals.
• Students weekly and monthly class attendance report must be submitted to Elpis Group. We make sure no student skips classes without no good reason.
• Semester/Annual results and general attitude of students are periodically submitted to the scholarship sponsor, therefore providing the accurate record of students academic and welfare development.
• Students are obliged to maintain good conduct and be serious with studies because they are afraid of their scholarships being withdrawn if their general performance is poor.
• After graduation the students certificates are sent to directly to the sponsor or the ministry of education of the students country as the case may be. Therefore students must return to their various countries to receive their certificates from their sponsors thereby being also encouraged to stay back in his country to get a good job and make great impact to the general society.
• We advice various governments to organise a certificate presentation ceremony for the students, inviting all sorts of private and public companies therefore creating a recruitment opportunities.

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

• Students must be 17 years or above
• For degree programs: Students having obtained the BAC, GCE,SSCE, WAEC or equivalent can apply for any course of their choice. Some courses might require certain conditions. Example, medical students and nursing must have a good average in Biology, and those in engineering must have a good average in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
• Students going for masters must have a Bachelor degree in the concerned discipline or its equivalent for training at this level.
• Preparatory Courses: Students who failed the BAC,SSCE,WAEC or equivalent may as well seek the Terminal Preparatory courses I & II, after which they can pursue the university course.

TUITION FEES

• Moderate Fee and cost of Living. The quality of Indian education is comparable to the best available anywhere in the world, while costs are less and affordable.
• Degree courses are 3 years, 4 years for engineering and nursing, 6 years for medicine, etc . The 3yrs courses could as low as $800 to $2500 per year depending on the course . Masters degrees as low as $2000 per year and doctorates are also welcomed.

ACCOMODATION

Our accommodation is a residence type of international standard. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen. Two students share a room and there are four students per apartment. Each rooms is equipped with two (2) beds, wardrobes and a study table. The living room is well furnished with a TV and a refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker and utensils. Security is also provided as well as the services of a house cleaner.

Accommodation cost about $1500 to $2000/yr including feeding, transport and medical assurance
Note: The accommodation is not mandatory. For parents who cannot afford to pay for the residence, other options are possible. 2 or 3 students can rent and share the same room in order to reduce the cost, but outside our residence. Such rent could cost $40 / person. But in this case we do not guarantee the security of the student.

INSURANCE

$50/yr Health Coverage & Care, for some schools it is free. It is recommended for each student to take health insurance because of being away from parents.

INTENSIVE ENGLISH FOR FRENCH SPEAKING COUNTRIES

Between $1000 and $1500 /6 months including accommodation and food.

Classes are taught in English. but each student from French speaking origin must take part in intensive English courses for a period of 6 months before joining undergraduate program. For undergraduate programs the academic year begins in late July but students go to India earlier to attend English classes from January until academic courses starting in July.

Fast-Track Your Future

• Students will visit one of the offices of the nearest Elpis Group for advice or will make its request for information by mail or telephone.
• it will fill an application form on the premises of Elpis Group or one sent by email to the determination of eligibility and the host university regarding the training he would do.
• The student will submit a copy of their diplomas and transcripts. It can also print the online form, fill, scan and submit it to the email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• If the student is eligible, Elpis Group will provide information on eligibility and provide all the information on the host university, tuition and fees relating to the inn during selected. This information can be checked on the website of the university, which will be communicated.
• NB: With Elpis Group, Student has reduced tuition.
• Due to limited space, the student will have to pre-register once eligible to reserve a place so pay the administrative costs of the office Elpis Group.
• Within three to five days, the student will receive a provisional admission letter from the university concerned through the office of the Elpis Group.
• Elpis Group will guide the students throughout the application process the visa.
• Once the visa issued, we are preparing the start of the student. Our office in the host country will receive a student at the airport, accompany him to college and assured installation.
• At the institution or university, the student present original / photocopy of the documents listed below for final integration.

• With BONAFIDE letter issued by the university to the student, he is required to register with local police within the first two weeks of arrival for a residence permit (RP), which is renewable annually.
